Application for admission for 1st Semester AY 2025-2026 Now Open

Mindoro State University (MinSU) is now accepting applications for admission for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026.

Mindoro State University (MinSU) has officially opened its doors for admission applications for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026. Aspiring students can now apply online and take the first step toward becoming part of the MinSU community.

Applicants are also required to prepare the following documents:

• Duly Accomplished Application Form: https://tinyurl.com/UAOForm1
• Grade 12 1st Semester Certification of Grades (for students currently in Grade 12): https://tinyurl.com/UAOCertofGrades. Note: The certification of grades must be prepared and signed by the class adviser or any authorized school personnel and must be certified true and correct by the head of the institution or any authorized representative.
• Certificate of True Copy of Grades (for transferees)

📌 HOW TO APPLY:

1. Online Application

• Fill out the online application form with accurate and complete information.
• All documentary requirements must be scanned and saved in PDF format before uploading.
• Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email from the University Admissions Office.

2. Schedule of Examination

• Wait for the email containing your examination schedule, venue, and admission test permit.

3. Admission Test

• Take the face-to-face admission test on the assigned date, time, and venue.
• Bring the original documents uploaded during the online application for admission.

4. Admission Test Results

• Admission results will be sent via email.
• If admitted, you will receive a Notice of Admission (NOA) and further instructions on the enrollment process.

5. Enrollment

• Proceed with the enrollment on the schedule to be announced by the University Registrar’s Office.
