A graduate of Mindoro State University (MinSU) secured the top rank in the November 2024 National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) PNP Entrance Examination, according to official results released on January 17, 2025.
Keane Justine R. Añonuevo, an alumnus of MinSU's College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), ranked Top 1 nationwide with a rating of 90.39%, outperforming over 37,000 examinees across the country.
Joining the roster of topnotchers is another MinSU CCJE graduate, Kristine B. Romasanta, who placed Top 18 with a rating of 88.51%.
The November 2024 PNP Entrance Exam was administered on November 24, 2024, in at least 37 testing centers nationwide. Out of 37,705 examinees, only 10,426 passed, translating to a 27.65% passing rate, based on data from NAPOLCOM.
The PNP Entrance Examination is a mandatory requirement for individuals aspiring to join the Philippine National Police (PNP) as Patrolmen and Patrolwomen.
The performance of Añonuevo and Romasanta highlights the academic quality and training provided by MinSU’s CCJE, which continues to produce graduates who excel in national licensure and qualifying examinations.
