The Mindoro State University (MinSU) emerged as one of the top-performing schools in the recent Licensure Examination for Criminologists in February 2024.

The Mindoro State University (MinSU) emerged as one of the top-performing schools in the recent Licensure Examination for Criminologists in February 2024.

MinSU-Calapan Campus achieved a rating of 89.47%, securing the seventh spot among the nation's top-performing schools in Criminology.

The said announcement came from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) alongside the release of the examination results, where 15,684 new criminologists, comprising 48.27% of 32,495 examinees, passed.

During the 3rd anniversary celebration of MinSU, Dr. Christian Anthony C. Agutaya, OIC-University President, expressed pride in the institution's recognition as the 7th Placer Top Performing School by the Professional Board of Criminology. He emphasized how such acknowledgment fuels its commitment to academic excellence and quality education.

“This kind of recognition helps us continue and keep alive our vision and achieve our mission in the pursuit of academic excellence and quality education."

The Criminologist Board exam took place on February 2-4, 2024 with the results announced on March 6, 2024.
