To elevate service standards and embrace modernization, Mindoro State University (MinSU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Land Bank of the Philippines, October 30, 2024.
The MOA signing, held at MinSU Main Campus, formalized the integration of Landbankβs Link.BizPortal, a streamlined ePayment platform that allows MinSU clients to conduct transactions and/or pay monetary obligations online.
This digital service aims to simplify payment processes and provide MinSUβs students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders with an efficient online payment option.
Representing Landbank at the MOA signing was Ms. Lizza Mae F. Camposano, Department Manager of the Landbank Calapan Branch. MinSU was represented by Dr. Enya Marie D. Apostol, University President. Also witnessing the signing were Ms. Joelene C. Leynes, MinSU Vice President for Administration and Finance and Ms. Dorina T. Empleo, Director for Finance Services.
This collaboration aligns with MinSU's commitment to leveraging technology to improve accessibility and service efficiency for its community and clientele. With the Link.BizPortal, clients can now securely and conveniently settle fees and complete transactions from anywhere with internet access, using Landbankβs ePayment solutions.
The said initiative also supports the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792) which encourages government institutions to modernize facilities and provide fast, efficient alternative payment options to serve the public better.
