Mindoro State University further propels itself as the University of Choice by strengthening internationalization efforts through the External Linkages and International Affairs Office.
Under the leadership of Dr. Jerrell S. Reyes, ELIA Director, the office prepares to strategize a cohesive and effective implementation plan on expanding our horizons in the global scene.
To cover the fundamental elements of internationalization, the Office further branches out to different units namely: Home-based Internationalization Unit (HINT); Cross-border Internationalization Unit (CION); Global and Local Partnerships Unit (GLOCAL); Sustainable Development Goals Engagement Unit (SDGEN); Global Rankings and International Accreditation Unit (GLORIA); and Global Image, Visibility and Communications Unit (GIVCOM).
During the meeting held on December 15, 2025 that was attended by the Office's Unit Heads at the MinSU Main Campus AVR, a discussion on the different units' plan of action was tackled. This opened doors to gradually begin coordination and tapping into stakeholders, addressing current University situations and pinpointing the right course of action for every strategic goal laid out in the meeting.
The External Linkages and International Affairs Office shall pave the way for MinSU to be seen in the global light and our efforts and achievements be brought up to the world.
