As Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 drew to a close, Mindoro State University (MinSU) conducted its FY 2025 Performance Management Review (PMR) and FY 2026 Target-Setting activity on December 22, 2025, at the Audio-Visual Room of the MinSU Calapan City Campus. The activity reaffirmed the University’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Spearheaded by the Office of the University President through the Internal Quality Assurance, the activity served as an important platform for reviewing the university’s accomplishments for the year and setting clear directions for the next operational cycle.

The PMR is part of MinSU’s institutional performance management system, ensuring that academic and administrative services remain aligned with the university’s core mandates and long-term strategic goals. It also helped clarify targets and strengthen the connection between the work of individual units and the overall direction of the university.

During the activity, University President Dr. Enya Marie D. Apostol also presented the highlights and results of the recently concluded Board of Regents meeting held on December 17, 2025, at the CHED Building in Diliman, Quezon City. The presentation provided faculty and staff with updates on key policies, decisions, and directions that will guide the university moving forward.

Colleges and administrative units likewise shared their key achievements, challenges encountered, and plans for improvement via audio-visual presentations. These discussions highlighted both the progress made during FY 2025 and the areas that still need attention.

In her message, Dr. Apostol recognized the collective efforts of the MinSU community, noting that the university’s achievements were made possible through teamwork and shared responsibility.

“Over the years, marami tayong challenges pero marami din tayong victories, at iyan ay dahil sa ating lahat, sa pagtutulungan natin,” Apostol said. “I want to congratulate each and every one of us for a job well done. We hope next year na tuloy-tuloy at mas lalo pa nating pagbutihan dahil ang lahat ng ito ay para sa MinSU.”

With clear goals and shared priorities in place, MinSU now moves into the new fiscal year focused on strengthening its services and continuing to work together as one MinSU.
