Mindoro State University (MinSU) formally commenced the administration of its 2025 College Admissions Test (CAT), with the first leg held today, April 12 at the Calapan Campus.
The MinSU CAT is a mandatory requirement for all incoming freshmen and transferees seeking admission for Academic Year 2025–2026. It is scheduled to run every Saturday until May 24, 2025, following a campus-to-campus schedule across all MinSU campuses.
The testing is jointly administered by the MinSU Admissions Office and the Guidance and Counseling Office, under the supervision of Ms. Kyla Danica Mayupao, RPm, and is supported by faculty members serving as proctors.
According to the University Admissions Office, this phase marks the next step for applicants who have successfully submitted their application forms and requirements. Examinees are reminded to bring their test permits and valid identification cards and to arrive at the designated testing venues at least 30 minutes before their scheduled examination time.
The results of the MinSU CAT are expected to be released between June 2 and 6, 2025. Updates will be posted on the official MinSU website and campus bulletin boards.
